The Telecontrol Operations Center (Alarm Receiving Center -ARC-) is one of Italy’s most advanced private security monitoring centres.
Through the most modern technologies, it manages video surveillance, anti-intrusion, access control, and fire-fighting systems for all types of clients, from private homes to stores, from small companies to multinational corporations, and from banks to public administrations throughout Italy.
It is an innovative Security Center consisting of two certified operations rooms and a Technical Call Center located in northern Italy. Both receive and manage, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, alarms from the various control systems installed at clients’ premises.
By ensuring control of all occurrences related to the possibility of theft, robbery, malfunction, or damage that may result from fraudulent actions, weather events, or natural disasters, it is possible to preserve assets, people, and data and ensure the business continuity of a company and the security of the private individual.
Highly selected, specialized, and qualified security personnel utilizing dedicated software platforms for alarm collection and management, managing alerts, and monitoring technologies and systems installed at clients’ premises.
Alarms can come from security systems such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, the computer network for monitoring connectivity, personnel (personal security systems), and vehicles (satellite systems on cars or heavy vehicles).

Our Operations Centers are certified and have redundant systems that allow the highest standard of security for our client’s data and can integrate different alarm management technologies while adhering to the strictest security procedures.
Who responds to your alarms?
All Emergency Response patrols consist of trained Sworn Special Guards following the security needs agreed upon with the client. They already have an extensive presence throughout the territory, day and night, and are in constant liaison with the Operations Center to ensure the shortest possible intervention time in the event of an alarm.
